Account Manager

Location: Dallas, TX

The Account Manager drives content themes and manages the client relationship through close communication and frequent contact. Responsibilities include building brand awareness and increasing online traffic and engagement for clients by executing creative social media marketing strategies across multiple social platforms. 

Key functions:

  • Ideation of content themes
  • Facilitating and managing client communications and meetings 
  • Drawing conclusions and insights from reporting
  • Compiling competitive analysis 
  • Managing workflow
  • Empowering team members
  • Some content writing

We’re seeking individuals with 5 to 7 years of marketing experience (agency experience is a big plus) who can think quickly, enjoy working in a collaborative environment and who can contribute unique ideas.  In addition, experience writing blogs and social media posts and having been involved in video production is a plus. 

We’re looking for people who aren’t afraid to take risks and try something new but who will always put the clients' needs first.

You must be open and willing to work with many different companies across multiple industries.

We expect everyone on the Speakeasy team to educate themselves on the best and newest social media practices and tools — and to share their findings.

We aren't looking to hire a comedian, but being funny is a plus.

Working knowledge of any of the following tools helps (though we will provide training): Hootsuite, TweetDeck, Sprinklr, Google Analytics, Google Adwords, Facebook Advertising, Woobox, Shortstack, MailChimp.

Salary commensurate with experience. We do not offer relocation benefits.
